The Meeting Room (aka The Lounge), is set up to support almost any type of retreat – either for conferences or meditations. It is equipped with a podium, wireless microphone, projector, large-screen television and other presentation supplies.

The Lounge is also St. Clare’s living room when it is not being used for conferences. It is where we hold registration at the beginning of your retreat and houses the official “Registration Book” (a large, old-fashioned book that holds the history of all who have ever attended a retreat at St. Clare’s). The community bathrooms, library, and our Sacred Heart of Jesus shrine are located in The Lounge. Because we are in the mountains, our “candles” for the shrine are electric, a unique feature of our Retreat House.
